We may use your information where it is reasonably necessary to operate and improve our business, provided that these interests are not overridden by your rights. This may include:
-
responding to enquiries;

providing customer service;

maintaining records of our communications;
-
preventing fraud and protecting our business and websites;
-
improving our products, services and websites;

6. Customer printing and design files
When you provide a document, image, artwork or other file for printing or design work, we use it only to provide the service you have requested and to deal with related questions, corrections or reprints.
Files for ordinary or one-off printing work are normally deleted within 7 days of completing the work, where reasonably practical.
Files associated with repeat printing work may be kept for longer so that we can fulfil future reorders. We periodically review retained files and will delete them when they are no longer reasonably required.
You may ask us to delete a retained printing file at any time, although we may need to retain related invoices, order details or correspondence to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have permission to provide us with personal information, photographs, artwork or other material belonging to another person.
7. Cookies and website information
Our websites use cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files placed on your device that help websites operate and may provide information about how visitors use them.
Some cookies are essential for functions such as shopping baskets, checkout, security and customer accounts. Other cookies may be used for analytics, preferences or marketing.
Where required by law, non-essential cookies will be used only after you have given your consent through the website’s cookie controls. You can change or withdraw your cookie choices through those controls or through your browser settings.
Disabling certain cookies may prevent parts of the websites or online shop from working correctly.
